Terms & Conditions

Booking Policy: To make a booking, guests must provide a valid credit card. Full payment is due at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy: Guests may cancel their reservation up to 30 days before the check-in date for a full refund. Cancelations made between 30 days and 14 day before arrival will be refunded 50%. Cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in date are non-refundable.

Check-in/Check-out Policy: Check-in is from 16:00 to 21:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is at 10:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional fees.

Occupancy Policy: The maximum number of guests allowed in each apartment is specified on the booking page. Additional guests are not allowed.

Damages and Liability: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the apartment or its contents during their stay. The host reserves the right to charge guests for any damages or excessive cleaning required.

Smoking and Pet Policy: Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments, and pets are not allowed.

Noise and Disturbance Policy: Guests are expected to respect the privacy and comfort of other guests and neighbors. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00. Loud music and parties are not allowed on the property at any time.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Croatia.

By making a booking, guests agree to these terms and conditions and any additional policies or rules specified by the host. The host reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
